An African Safari Adventure

After the beautiful and spirit-filled blessing of Elizabeth House, the African Ministry Fund team—Sr. Toni, Bridget, Toni, and CJ—set off on an unforgettable African safari. It was the perfect transition: from celebrating new life and hope through ministry to experiencing the awe of God’s creation in the wild.

The safari was a much-needed time of relaxation, renewal, and adventure for our team. After busy days filled with purpose and service, these moments allowed us to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply marvel at the world around us. And what a world it was.

The team was amazed by the beauty of God’s creation, encountering an incredible variety of wildlife along the way: lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, buffalo, wildebeest, hippos, ostriches, baboons, hyenas, jackals, warthogs, and more. One of the biggest thrills was seeing a leopard. From herons and marabou storks to the powerful martial eagle soaring overhead, every sighting felt like a blessing.

This safari was more than a trip; it was an experience we will carry with us long after returning home.
