A Visit That Sparked Pure Joy at Star of Hope

Before returning to the United States, two members of our traveling family, John and Elizabeth Cole, the nephew and niece of Sr. Toni, had the special opportunity to visit the children at Star of Hope. It was a meaningful moment at the close of the journey, one that brought the mission full circle and reminded us exactly why this work matters so deeply.

Even before the full team arrived, an outpouring of generosity was already underway back home. Donations poured in to support the children, resulting in an incredible collection of toys, gifts, games, and much-needed supplies. Thanks to that kindness, John and Elizabeth were able to witness something truly unforgettable - the children’s reactions as they received these items. Smiles spread instantly, laughter filled the air, and the excitement was impossible to miss. The children were absolutely elated to see and explore all their new supplies.
